Privacy Notice - Anna Hristou Ltd (the trading arm of Wildwood talent)

Please read the following to understand how we will always treat your personal data. Our policy is fully in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU).

Anna Hristou Ltd is a ‘data controller’ and determines the purpose and means of personal data processing.

Personal information we may receive from you:

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Address

  • Job title and employer

  • Salary

  • Career history

  • Proof of your right to work

  • Data available in the public domain (LinkedIn, online portfolio)

This information can come from email, CV, phone, in person, professional sites (LinkedIn), job boards or professional referrals.

How do we use your data?

Your data allows us to provide a personal service and help find you relevant opportunities. If we have your permission, we will share data with prospective employers (our clients) that are applicable to your job search. With your permission we may share your data with another recruitment partner, who we have a GDPR compliant agreement with. 

We also use your personal data to contact you via email, phone calls, text, WhatsApp or LinkedIn messages.

How do we store your data?

We have put in place appropriate measures to prevent your data from being lost, accessed or used. It is stored on both iCloud Drive and Google Cloud Platform . We do not buy or sell your data to or from a 3rd party. 

We will hold your information for as long as required to assist our role in your career development. We may continue to store your data after a role has been secured for future reference, but we will never share it with our clients without your permission.

What are your rights?

At any time you can request to know the information we have held, or ask to amend your data.

At your written request any or all data held by Anna Hristou Ltd will be deleted from our systems and email accounts, aside from where it is required by a regulating, governing or legal body. We may need to keep your data during your engagement with a client, but we will complete your request as soon as we possibly can.

If your data is knowingly accessed or lost, we will notify you within 24hrs and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
