Wildwood specialise in finding and nurturing the very best talent and bringing them together with some of the world's most renowned agencies and businesses. Based in Europe, with a focus on London and Amsterdam, Wildwood work across all communication industries and disciplines, specialising in advertising and marketing. We pride ourselves on our bespoke and personal service for placing candidates at all levels - from intern to leadership positions.
At Wildwood, we believe that any agency or business is only as good as the people within it. The attitude they have, the personality they inject, the culture they create and most importantly, the talent and skill they bring.
We believe that diversity brings a cultural richness and creative power to our industry. We believe in nurturing the talent of tomorrow as much as guiding the best talent of today. We believe in managing careers for life not just for the next role. We believe in placing the right people in the right place.

Your creative career is unlikely to unfold in a straight line. That’s what makes it exciting, sometimes frustrating, never boring. Sometimes we’re motivated to stretch our wings and strike out somewhere new, sometimes we develop and grow in place. Sometimes, the industry decides our fate without consulting us at all.
We believe that nurturing the best industry talent involves some extra support from time to time. Some shared wisdom, some healthy challenge and a focus on making good, well-thought through decisions.
That’s why we offer our candidates and partners access to coaching and support, so you can build a career, or a business, in whatever shape suits you.
Sometimes creative people get stuck, and need an outside perspective. To help build the most compelling interview story, to prepare for a strategic step up or to simply to rediscover wood from trees.
Whether you’re C-Suite or starting out, we offer personalised one to one coaching sessions that put an (experienced) problem solver on your team.
Coaching packages and ad hoc sessions available.

Our team wanted to kick off 2024 by creating something with a bit of oomph.
So we've produced a series called After Work.
In each episode, we have 10 minute conversations with our favourite advertising leaders, at home over a cuppa.
The idea is that you get to see the human behind the Campaign article and get to know them a little better.
